37 week Dr. Appointment

So I went for my 37 week dr. appointment yesterday. I now go every week until I deliver. The dr. said everything looked great. My belly is measuring at 36 cm and the dr. even said I was dilated 1 cm, 60% effaced and the baby is in a -2 station. Basically that means that the baby is getting ready to make his debut! She thinks I may deliver early but she said the baby will be a good size judging on the size of my belly. Everything else checked out great, he has a strong heartbeat and is already in the head down position. Hope all is well with everyone and I cannot wait until I am able to hold our little one in my arms!
